Interior doors made in Marrakech

An interior door is judged on three things: what is inside it, what you see on it, and what holds it up. We separate those three decisions so that you pay for what matters to your project, and not for the rest.

Three ranges: what is inside the leaf

You never see the core of a door. Yet it decides the weight, the noise that travels from one room to the next, and what happens the day somebody slams it a little too hard.

StandardTubularHotels and offices: stiffer, noticeably quieter1,500 MAD excl. VAT
PremiumSolid, MDF or timberHigh-end work, master bedrooms, private offices1,900 MAD excl. VAT

All three ranges are built on the same jigs and pass the same inspection. An Éco door is not a careless door: it is a door whose core suits a use where acoustics are not the point.

Six collections: what you see from the corridor

The collection is the design of the leaf. Each one is available in all three ranges and in every finish on the board — so you never have to choose between the right look and the right core.

  • Atlas — flat leaf, no relief. The most common choice in residential developments: it doesn't date and it doesn't hold dust.
  • Sahara — flush to the wall, no visible architrave. The door disappears into the partition; the most demanding design to fit, and the most striking.
  • Majorelle — vertical grooves. A graphic rhythm that gives height to a standard door.
  • Imperial — moulded panels. Classic presence, for interiors that carry it.
  • Signature — glazing, special sizes, designs drawn with your architect.
  • Prestige — fine wood veneers and exceptional finishes, for rare projects.

Sizes: market standard, or made to measure

We keep the standard Moroccan market sizes in regular production, which shortens lead times and avoids needless extra cost:

  • Heights: 204, 215, 220 and 240 cm
  • Widths: 63, 73, 83 and 93 cm

Beyond that, everything is made to order: full-height doors, double leaves, curved heads. Bespoke is not an automatic surcharge — on a lot, one non-standard size repeated often costs less than making good the blockwork on every opening.

The advice that prevents the most common mistake: measure the finished opening, not the structural one. Fifteen millimetres of render on each side turns an 83 into an 80, and a door that is too wide cannot be rescued.

Frame, hardware and handing

A door is rarely sold on its own. We supply the whole set: leaf, frame and architrave matched to the finish, with lock and hinges CNC-machined in the same pass as the leaf — which is what guarantees everything lines up on site.

Hardware is Blum or Hettich, with the manufacturer's warranty. That is not an adjustment variable: on a door, the part that fails first is almost never the panel.

Handing (left or right) is decided at quotation stage and written on the work order. It is the second most expensive mistake on a door package, and it is entirely avoidable.

What we don't do

We don't take fitting-only contracts on doors we didn't make. It isn't a question of capacity: when a door fitted by our teams closes badly, we want to be able to trace it back to the panel it was cut from. On a door from elsewhere we can't, and it is the client who ends up between two companies blaming each other.

Frequently asked questions

Which range should I choose for a bedroom?
For a child's room or a guest room, the Éco range is enough. For a master bedroom, take the tubular-core Standard or the solid-core Premium: you hear the difference the day somebody watches television in the living room.
What is the lead time?
It depends on the finish and the volume, and it is written on your quote — not announced loosely. An order in a stock finish leaves faster than a wood veneer that has to be sourced. Ask for the lead time at the same time as the price; it is part of the commitment.
Do you make non-standard sizes?
Yes. Heights of 204/215/220/240 and widths of 63/73/83/93 are held in regular production; everything else is made to order, including full-height doors and double leaves.
Does the door come with its frame?
Yes, if you order it that way — and that is what we recommend. Leaf and frame are machined in the same pass, which guarantees the lock and hinges line up on site.
What hardware do you fit?
Blum or Hettich, with the manufacturer's warranty. On a door, the part that fails first is almost never the panel: it is the hinge or the lock.
How do I measure before asking for a quote?
Measure the finished opening, render included, at three points — top, middle and bottom — because openings are rarely square. Note the partition thickness and the handing you want. With those three pieces of information we can price without a site visit.
Do you deliver outside Marrakech?
Yes, anywhere in Morocco. Doors leave packed, labelled and grouped by lot: every package carries its reference, so a delivery can be checked without opening the packaging.
Can I see and touch the finishes before ordering?
Yes. The physical sample board can be seen in Marrakech by appointment, or sent on request. We don't take a lot order without the client having seen the finish for real.
How does this differ from an imported door?
Sizes. An imported door arrives in the dimensions of its country of origin and forces you to adapt the opening; ours is made to the sizes of your site. Then there is after-sales: a damaged leaf is remade here in days, not months.
