Developers, architects and hoteliers

On a development, the unit price is not the main subject. What costs money is a delivery that arrives late, a lot whose tones don't match, or doors that have to be reworked one by one at handover.

What we commit to

A contracted price for the duration of the programme, not a price renegotiated at every phase.

A phased delivery schedule, set against your progress. Delivering 200 doors at once to a site with no dry storage is manufacturing a problem.

A homogeneous lot. Doors for the same programme are made from the same batch of material — the only way to guarantee that the door in the last flat matches the one in the show flat.

A single contact, who knows your programme and doesn't make you re-explain the phasing on every call.

Traceability and handover

Every leaf is tracked by a numbered work order, from the panel cut to delivery. Eight control points are checked and recorded before packing: dimensions, squareness, facing, edges, hardware, handing, finish, packaging.

Doors arrive packed, labelled and grouped by lot. Every package carries its reference, which lets a delivery be checked without opening the packaging and accepted flat by flat.

If a package is missing or a leaf is damaged, the incident is attached to the specific door, not to a line on a delivery note. That changes everything when the part has to be remade.

Working with an architect

We work from your plans and your joinery schedule. If the schedule doesn't exist yet, we build it with you: it is the document that prevents three quarters of the mistakes on site.

The leaf designs in the Signature collection are defined with you: grooving, glazing, proportions, full heights. We tell you what can be made cleanly and what will cause trouble at fitting — before it is drawn, not after.

Finish samples and a prototype door are available for approval before a programme is launched.

What we don't take on

We don't take fitting-only contracts on doors made elsewhere. When a door closes badly, we want to be able to trace it back to the panel it was cut from; on a door from elsewhere that is impossible, and the client ends up between two companies blaming each other.

We also don't hide how we are organised: design, jigs, finishing, inspection and warranty are ours in Marrakech; panel cutting and machining currently go through a partner industrial line in Morocco, until our own machines are installed. On a development that is rather good news: the consistency of an industrial line beats a workshop discovering what volume means.

Nor do we sell certified fire doors or certified burglary-resistant doorsets. If your programme requires them, tell us at the outset: we'd rather say so than cost you a quarter.

Frequently asked questions

From how many doors?
Programme terms start at around ten doors. Below that, the pricing is the one on the product pages, which is already clear and firm.
Can you deliver in phases?
Yes, and we recommend it. The delivery calendar is set against your progress and written into the order.
How do you guarantee consistent tones?
By making the whole programme from the same batch of material. It is especially critical with wood veneer, where two batches are never identical. That is why we push to order the whole lot at once.
Do you supply a sample door before launch?
Yes. On a programme, an approved prototype avoids an expensive argument at handover. Ask for it at quotation stage.
Do you make fire doors?
No — no certified fire doors and no certified burglary-resistant doorsets. We'd rather say so straight away.
What documents do you need to price?
A joinery schedule, or failing that the floor plans with opening dimensions and handing. If the schedule doesn't exist, we build it with you.
How it works

Four steps, one contact.

Firm quote within two working days. A numbered work order follows every door leaf, from the first panel cut to delivery on your site.

01

Your requirement

Send us your plans, a door schedule, or simply the opening dimensions. We check the sizes, the handing and the site constraints before we price anything.

02

Firm quote in 48 h

A price per door, itemised: range, collection, finish, frame, hardware. No bracket that drifts once the job starts.

03

Manufacture and control

Cutting, assembly, pressing, calibration, CNC machining of locks and hinges, finishing. Eight control points recorded before packing.

04

Delivery to site

Doors packed, labelled and grouped by lot, delivered in Marrakech and anywhere in Morocco. Every package carries its own reference.
